Establishing the Underlay

Verity allows the user to bring up a new datacenter to a fully functional underlay in a few steps.

1. Install the Virtual Machines using VMWare or KVM
2. Import an inventory file (FDC*.csv). An example FDC inventory import file is available in Downloads.
3. Setup DHCP server and install SONIC images into the platform
4. Power up and connect the SONiC devices
